McKenzie founded Broadroot Advisory after years in analytically demanding roles in the private sector, where she built the discipline and strategic instincts that now define her work with mission-driven organizations.
She earned her Bachelor's in International Business from Utah Valley University and her MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. Broadroot Advisory is the result — a consulting practice built around the belief that mission-driven organizations deserve access to the same caliber of strategic thinking as the institutions with the resources to demand it.
McKenzie works exclusively with mission-driven organizations. When a project calls for specialized expertise, she draws on a trusted network of professionals and subject matter experts — so clients get exactly the right people on their work.
